A question to designers: Have you ever made your world COLORFUL?
Your world is nowhere else, but it’s where you are. Look around and see if you’ve made your world colorful. Surrounded yourself with cheerful and colorful things. Experience new design approaches, learn new tools, increase your knowledge, feed your creativity on a daily basis.
Even a child can draw a dot in a plain page, but what matters is how a grown up person, or an experienced designer does the same with their creative ideas.
Learn about “The Rule Of Thirds”, and you will know where users will focus.
Designers should have a visual judgement of your own works. Your design sense should tell you what is good, bad and ugly.

- Visit good design sites on a daily basis.
- Follow right people.
- Participate in design forums and publish your works.
- Be on top of the design world
Domain knowledge is something the designers lack. Learning the domain will make your works stand out from the crowd. As Steve Jobs has said, design is not how it looks, but how it works.
